Corporate Catering: Salad Menu


Corporate pricing is for unstaffed, disposable drop-off service during weekday business hours. Please contact a Marigold Event Planner to discuss menu selections and pricing for plated meals, dinner parties, evening events, and all other private functions.

  • Sensational Salads

    All salads include fresh baked cornbread muffin or rolls and butter and standard setup. Add a gourmet cookie tray for $1.25 per person. Each salad can also be prepared as an individual boxed lunch. Minimum 10 per salad.

    Traditional Caesar Salad : $7.75 per person

    Crisp Romaine, Creamy Caesar Dressing, Shaved Asiago Cheese, and Garlic Croutons. Add Chicken for 2.00 per person

    Spicy Thai Beef Salad : $10.50 per person

    Marinated Beef Strips, Snow Peas, Bean Sprouts, and Crushed Peanuts in a Spicy Thai Vinaigrette.

    Marigold Salad : $7.25 per person

    Mixed Field Greens, Mandarin Oranges, Strawberries, Feta Cheese, Toasted Almonds, and Poppyseed Vinaigrette.

    Nicoise Salad : $10.25 per person

    Seared Tuna Steak, Field Greens, Kalamata Olives, Red Onion, Green Beans, Hard-boiled Egg, and Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette.

    Acapulco Salad : $7.75 per person

    Blend of Spinach and Romaine. Shredded Cheddar, Black Beans, Crisp Seasoned Tortilla Strips, Red Onion and Red Peppers. Spicy Ranch Dressing and Honey White Balsamic.

    East 9th Street Salad : $9.50 per person

    We've Brought Back the Old Cleveland Favorite! Julienne Slices of Roasted Turkey Breast, Smoked Ham, and Swiss Cheese, Slivered Gherkins, Green Olives, and Crisp Romaine Lettuce topped with the Famous Creamy Maurice Dressing.

    Mediterranean Chef Salad : $10.50 per person

    Romaine Lettuce and Spinach, Scallions, Tomatoes, Sundried Tomatoes, Basil, Smoked Mozzarella, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Roasted Red Pepper, Artichoke Hearts, Hard Salami, Smoked Turkey, Prosciutto, and Creamy Basil Dressing.

  • Salad Bars

    Bring our amazing salad bars right to your office! Your guests will enjoy the opportunity to create their own unique and healthy salad. Served with cornbread muffins or rolls and butter, fresh baked cookies and standard setups. Upgrade to homemade brownies and dessert bars for $.75 per person. Minimum 15 per salad bar. All salad bars include your choice of three dressings listed below.

    Classic Salad Bar : $12.50 per person

    Mixed Greens and Baby Spinach Accompanied by Julienne Cheddar and Swiss Cheeses, Chopped Eggs, Julienne Turkey and Ham, Classic Tuna or Tarragon Chicken Salad, Tomato Wedges, Sliced Mushrooms, Cucumbers, Chopped Bacon, Herb Croutons, and Sliced Red Onions.

    Chef‘s Salad Bar: $11.50 per person

    Romaine, Leaf and Iceberg Lettuces accompanied by Julienne Turkey and Ham, Swiss and Cheddar Cheeses, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Chopped Eggs.

    Our House Dressings Select Three

    Buttermilk Ranch, Green Goddess, Maytag Bleu Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Creamy Caesar, Thai Vinaigrette, Poppyseed, and Thousand Island.

    California Cobb Salad Bar : $12.50 per person

    Chopped Mixed Greens accompanied by Diced Grilled Chicken Breast, Crumbled Bleu Cheese, Avocados, Chopped Eggs, Tomatoes, Chopped Bacon, and Whole Kernel Corn. Feeling Fancy? Make it a Cape Cobb with Poached Lobster Meat for an extra $5.50 per person.

    Mediterranean Chef Salad Bar : $12.50 per person

    Romaine Lettuce and Spinach, Scallions, Tomatoes, Sundried Tomatoes, Basil, Smoked Mozzarella, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Roasted Red Pepper, Artichoke Hearts, Hard Salami, Smoked Turkey, and Prosciutto.

    To supplement your order with an additional side, add $1.50 per person for any of the above salads. Minimum 10.
