Corporate pricing is for unstaffed, disposable drop-off service during weekday business hours. Please contact a Marigold Event Planner to discuss menu selections and pricing for plated meals, dinner parties, evening events, and all other private functions.

Poultry Entrées
Served with garden salad, cornbread muffins or rolls and butter, fresh baked cookies and standard setups. Upgrade to homemade brownies and dessert bars for $.75 per person. Minimum 10 per entrée unless otherwise noted.
- Smoked Turkey Enchiladas : $12.50 per person
Flour Tortilla Filled with Smoked Turkey Breast and Pepper Jack Cheese and smothered in a Savory Green Chili Sauce. Served with Rice and Black Beans.
- Chicken Saltimboca : $13.50 per person
Frenched Breast stuffed with Prosciutto, Provolone, and Sage. Served with White Wine and Herb Sauce. Accompanied by Rice Pilaf.
- Chicken Picatta : $11.75 per person
Sautéed Chicken Breast in a Piquant Lemon, White Wine and Caper Sauce. Served over a Bed of Penne Pasta and Garnished with Artichoke Quarters.
- Blackened Chicken : $11.50 per person
The Spicy Cajun Classic Served over Dirty Rice with fresh Mango Salsa on the Side.

Create your Own Fajitas with Grilled Chicken Strips, Shredded Cheddar, Sautéed Onions and Peppers, Refried Beans, Sour Cream, Shredded Lettuce, Soft Flour Tortillas, and Fresh Salsa. Served with Spanish Rice. (Garden Salad and Cornbread Muffins are not served with this entrée).
Add 1.65 per person to substitute Grilled Steak Strips or 2.75 per person for both Chicken and Steak.
