ServiceTime, LLC, the company that has grown into Marigold Catering, began as a personal concierge service that our founder, Joan, operated out of her own home, using a beat—up old van purchased for next to nothing. Eleven years later, we’ve had the good fortune to become one of Cleveland’s most successful and well—respected caterers, with Northern Ohio Live’s “Best of” issue annually naming us as one of the area’s top three catering companies. Thanks to our continued growth, we’ve also been included in the Weatherhead 100, a prestigious group of Northeastern Ohio’s fastest growing companies, for both 2005 and 2006. In the last couple of years, we’ve entered into contracts to provide exclusive and comprehensive catering and food and beverage services for University Circle’s boutique hotel, The Glidden House, as well as for Cleveland Heights’ elegant Rockefeller Event Center. In 2007, we completed negotiations to provide exclusive catering services for The Ballroom at Park Lane Villa, Cleveland’s Newest and Most Elegant Venue and, in October of the same year, finally made the long—awaited move into our new, 12,000 square foot headquarters in a cool, loft style warehouse building on Lakeside Avenue in Cleveland.
